Celiac Disease
Well, it looks like Miss Edith may have celiac disease just like her mama. Without going into too much BM detail, she has had a very difficult two days, now has a HORRID rash, and screams everytime I put her on the changing table. The doctor says based on stool tests it looks like a food related intestinal issue...wow sounds like celiac. So, for now, she is back to bottles of formula and NO veggies or cereal. He's hoping that her intersines will work themselves out and then we will try out solids again, this time with gluten-free oats!

Well, at least she won't have to wait as long as you did to find out!! And she already has a TON of recipe ideas from you too when she gets older. And here's hoping that it's not celiac and whatever it is she may even grow out of it.
